Fractals on Friday

Today, part 3 of the six-part series on the Mandelbrot fractal set. This episode goes a little further into explaining the natural basis for the fractal, and how the forms permeate everything that lives and grows. See also part 1 and part 2 if you haven't seen these yet.

Many different people create fractals in different ways, quite often generating a fractal program is an exercise for programmers or mathematicians. One of the nicest films I've seen in a long time is this one, in which a fractal set has morphed into a mandala which I found very inspiring. I hope you enjoy it too.

Keep well...
