Marking time
Feeling seriously uninspired today. Probably the aftermath of yesterday, which was a confusing day, lots of input from lawyers and accountants which left me off balance. It was also a day of organising paperwork, discussing possibilities and plans, and generally looking forward.

Slept badly, back hurts again despite the exercises, but I'm left feeling vaguely positive this morning. I might just go off for a longer walk than usual in a few minutes, to drive away the fog in my mind and get the blood flowing properly.

The rain has gone, the light of day is gaining strength against a background of dark clouds, the poppies in the garden are glowing brilliant red in the clear light. Love it.

Keep well...

Sometimes all we need is a glimmer of positive energy to change the focus of our day.
On that note - today is an awesome day filled with positive energy. From me to you and everyone on this frequency.
best wishes
bart,
I'm also uninspired today, very tired and my back hurts me...but inside I'm happy ... I think that for all of that the weather is guilty

i usually find a long walk clears my mind... hope it has done so for you.
That's what works for me. A long walk which are a real treat in beautiful Christchurch. I feel a positive tone in your words and pictures. Take care
A good long walk is a wonderful aid to digestion and assimilation.
I love the translucent quality of poppies...
I have the back problem too and I find that exercise helps to keep me from getting really stove up. It also makes my mind feel better.
Here's to walking it off.x
